By selecting "Opt into Marketing Communications" below, I authorize Tyndall Federal Credit Union (the “Credit Union”) and persons acting on the Credit Union’s behalf to deliver or cause to be delivered to me, and I consent to receive, advertising and telemarketing telephone calls and text messages at the telephone number(s) provided below, including telephone calls using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice. I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE I AM NOT REQUIRED TO SIGN THIS AUTHORIZATION AND CONSENT AS A CONDITION OF PURCHASING ANY PROPERTY, GOODS OR SERVICES OR RECEIVING ANY LOAN OR FINANCIAL SERVICE. I acknowledge I may withdraw and revoke this authorization and consent by written notice to the Credit Union at Tyndall Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 59760, Panama City, FL 32412-0760, by telephone at 850-769-9999 (888-896-3255, toll-free), or by any other reasonable means.

I represent and agree I am the subscriber or customary user with respect to the telephone number(s) provided below and have the authority to give this consent. By selecting "Opt into Marketing Communications" below, I further agree to notify the Credit Union of any change to any of the telephone number(s) provided below. I agree to indemnify the Credit Union, its directors, officers, employees and agents, and hold them harmless, from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including any attorneys’ fees) that arise out of my breach of any of the foregoing representations and agreements.
