Make a Loan Payment
Explore different methods for you to pay your Tyndall loan.
Pay Online

Log in to Online or Mobile Banking.

Select Transfers > Make a Transfer to transfer your loan payment from your checking or savings.

You can schedule a one-time payment to process automatically on a particular date or schedule a recurring payment to process automatically on a specific day each month.
- Log in to Online or Mobile Banking.
- Choose Transfers > Transfer Between Banks.
- Under Create Transfer, select Add a New Account. Enter your external account information by following the instructions, then click Next.
- You can choose to Verify Instantly or Verify Manually. Follow the instructions on the screen.
- If choosing Verify Instantly, this process applies to many accounts and uses the highest encryption standards. Your information will never be read or saved.
- If choosing Verify Manually, this process takes 1-2 business days, and you will need to come back to this page to finish the verification once those micro deposits/debits are completed.
- Once your account is verified, your external account will be available in the To and From drop-downs of Transfer Between Banks.

Log in to Online or Mobile Banking.

Navigate to Tools and Settings > Forms.

Complete the Recurring ACH Request Form to set up an automated payment from another financial institution.
The form needs to be submitted 10 days in advance of the payment you want to schedule, can ONLY be used for recurring payments, and will post on the requested day.

Then, you will receive an email to sign the form.
Please note that there is a convenience fee of $5.00 per payment. Payments typically post in 1-2 business days.
Make your payment at your convenience, from anywhere you have internet access. To use the Web Pay service, you must first create a profile on the Web Pay portal. You will need the following information handy:

Your Tyndall member number and loan suffix

Your 2-digit loan suffix can be found above the loan information on your account statement and in Online Banking, under the "Accounts" tab (01, 43, 64, etc.)

The primary borrower's date of birth

The last four digits of the primary borrower's SSN

A valid email address

Frequently Asked Questions
If you have not used the service before, you will have to register to set up your account on the Web Payments Center. If you have already registered, log in.
If you can't remember your username or password, you need to set up a new account on the Web Payments Center. Your previous account will be automatically deactivated.
SWBC administers the web portal and cannot reset passwords.
You'll want to have the following information handy:
- your Tyndall member number,
- your loan suffix,
- the primary borrower's date of birth,
- the last four digits of the primary borrower's Social Security Number,
- a valid email address, and
- the zip code on your account.
Your loan suffix is a 2-digit number that appears at the top of your account statement, as well as above the loan information on that statement. If it is a credit card statement, the loan suffix appears after the member number at the top of the statement.
You may also find your loan suffix in Online or Mobile Banking. In your Account Summary under Loans, your Account Number is listed (Examples: -01, -43, -64, etc).
If you are paying from an account at another financial institution, you will need the routing number and account number for your account at the other financial institution. If you are using a debit or credit card, you will need the card number, expiration date, and security code.
It may take 1 to 2 business days for the payment to post to your account. If your payment is due on the 15th of the month, for example, please schedule the payment to be made on the 13th of the month.
