The Tyndall Team celebrates Tyndall Cares Month in October

Throughout the month of October, the Tyndall team invested their time giving back to the communities that they live in and serve.  Volunteering is an endeavor that not only brings about positive change for the community, but also enriches the lives of those who volunteer.

Making a meaningful difference
Our mission is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of members and our team takes that to heart.  Our team found opportunities to help over 20 different organizations in areas across our field of membership and beyond.  From financial literacy classes to murals, animals, trunk or treats, food distributions, and so much more, our employees invested over 500 hours of their time in just 30 days.

Setting an example
The act of volunteering can inspire others to get involved and our team encouraged their friends, family, and colleagues to participate in many of the opportunities that took place throughout the month.  Tyndall team members were coming together outside their regular work routines, strengthening their connection to each other, and making a greater impact in the community. They were also able to build relationships with nonprofits, learning all about how they serve the community, what services they provide, and how this impacts those around us.

How you can get involved
If you would like to volunteer, there are a variety of different causes and organizations that are always in need of help.  Find an opportunity that you are passionate about to make your time spent more fulfilling and to make a meaningful difference in your community.

If you are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit looking for volunteers or financial literacy classes, don’t hesitate to reach out! You can send all opportunities to marketing@tyndall.org with the dates, times, and tasks you’d like to have volunteers for.
