Collateral Protection Insurance

What You Need to Know

When you have a loan with Tyndall secured by collateral, such as a home or a vehicle, you will be required to maintain insurance coverage at certain levels until your loan is paid in full.

If you do not provide proof of insurance, cancel your insurance, or your insurance policy lapses, Tyndall will purchase a force-placed insurance policy on your loan to protect you home or auto in the event of a loss.  The cost of this insurance will be automatically added to your loan payment and is more expensive than insurance you would purchase on your own.  It is important to keep you insurance information updated with Tyndall.

 If you receive a letter, text, or email about updating your insurance policy, please use the options below to update.  Once you obtain a new insurance policy the force-placed insurance policy will be canceled by Tyndall.
