1. Check the condition of your bills. Are they folded, torn, wet, taped, extremely worn or limp? Straighten folded bills before inserting and remove damaged bills.
2. The maximum amount of bills you can insert at one time is 30. If you are trying to deposit $1 bills, make a separate deposit with any larger bills first and then a separate deposit with no more than ten $1 bills.
3. Do not attempt to reinsert rejected bills more than one time. If asked if you want to add more bills to bills that have already been accepted, select "No" and make a separate deposit instead.
