"I was beyond nervous about starting a career in banking. Tyndall has the best employees that are there to assist you in any way to be successful. I have worked in different areas from the teller line, member services, virtual branch, and lending learning so much from so many different employees. I don't know if these employees genuinely understand how they have/can impact other people's lives and assist with growth and knowledge in Tyndall and outside of it also.
I have worked with wonderful employees that have taught me things through different departments. I’ve been able to take that knowledge and assist other employees to gain knowledge and confidence to excel in their positions. I do my very best to assist any and all employees whether new or old to Tyndall, with all information to assist all of our members with the best service we have to offer. That is what we stand for, that is what we do.
I was a military wife with 2 kids that moved around so much. It was difficult to get a career going for myself due to constant moves. Our last duty station was Panama City, FL where my husband retired after 22 years of service. I accepted a position with Tyndall in August 2017 and it has been the best decision I could've made.
